If you purchase any VALLEY ROSE CANDLES product you are also buying into the highest level of customer service with this. A combination of factors namely being, knowledge, courtesy, quality and the fact that we enjoy and love what we do separates us from the big brands out there today.
In the unfortunate event that you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee. You may return your items to us within 14 days from the date of purchase in an unused condition, in all original packaging.
We cannot accept wax melts that have been taken out of the packaging and used, any candle that has been used cannot be returned.
You will receive a full refund (less discount/promotion used and postage costs) or a replacement.
We DO NOT offer refunds on GIFT CARDS.
OPEN BOX ORDERS
Open box orders have been put in place to make it easier for you to buy when you want, add as many to your growing order til you need your box closed.
As these items are paid for within the order and put to one side we cannot refund or exchange these products for others before they are shipped as they are removed from stock.( you can contact us regarding this as we are more than happy to help where we can).
VALLEY ROSE CANDLES are not liable for returns postage cost, unless otherwise agreed.
We however advise that you contact us as soon as possible with any concerns or issues. We will then be able to address this in a prompt and efficient manner.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
Unfortunately as the law of averages works, there will be the very rare occurrence of a faulty or damaged item.
Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can look to rectify the problem immediately. We will always provide the quickest and most appropriate way forward whatever that happens to be for the given situation.
