Processing and shipping orders

We aim to process your order as quickly as possible. If it's already in stock then we will ship your product as soon as possible.

Our shipping days are Monday to Friday ( We like to try and get the weekend to ourselves if we can )

If something is out of stock then please remember that ALL products are hand made and not factory processed like other bigger companies and this takes a little more time.

We think our products match the quality of shop bought products and pride ourselves on this factor.

You can also take advantage of our LOCAL DELIVERY SERVICE too when you purchase £20.00 or more.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Our postage partner is Royal Mail, all of our orders are sent 48 hour tracking in the UK.

The cost for UK deliveries is £3.50

International shipping is sent economy/tracked/signed depending on destination.

These prices vary worldwide.

Poison Valley Clothing items are manufactured elsewhere and postage costs are separate.
